The 7x50 Marine Binocular with Digital Compass from Bushnell combines fully multi-coated glass elements with a digital compass and tilt sensor to create a well-equipped tool for marine navigation and observation. To prepare the Marine Binocular for use on the water or in the rain its housing is nitrogen-filled for fogproof performance and is also buoyant in case these glasses go for an unexpected swim. The ranging reticle has an inverted-T crosshair with mil hash marks along both the azimuth and elevation axes. This measurement tool assists the observer in determining the estimated distance to (or size of) an object within the visual scene.

A built-in digital compass enables this configuration of the Marine binocular to measure the direction of the observer's field of view readings are displayed in degrees and cardinal directions below the ranging reticle. The integrated tilt-sensing inclinometer determines the binocular's pitch relative to level ground and also helps ensure the accuracy of compass measurement. This 3-axis digital navigation device will automatically turn off after 60 seconds of inactivity. Non-slip rubber armor long eye relief and a threaded tripod socket help equip the 7x50 Marine binocular for a wide range of outdoor activities.
